Meet our Founder
Life is full of ups and downs - I’ve experienced them firsthand, and I know how easy it is to feel lost or overwhelmed. I started Mibo because I wanted to share the tools and practices that helped me when I needed them most.
Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in all the buzzwords - mindfulness, meditation, self-care - and with that, it can feel a little overwhelming, leaving us unsure where to start. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Yes, life will always have its highs and lows. But what if we had tools to help us navigate them? Tools we weren’t taught at school, but that can empower us to connect with the inner strength that’s always within us?
That’s why I created Mibo. We help you discover the tools to empower your life, navigate its challenges, and reconnect with yourself.

There was a time when I struggled - living each day with anxiety and often experiencing panic attacks. I knew something had to change. I spent months reading, learning, and exploring different ways to help myself. I practiced mindfulness and meditation, and one insight kept coming up: the power of pausing. But even then, something still felt missing.
Everything changed the day I picked up The Sophrology Method by Florence Parot. From the very first pages, I felt a deep connection - I knew I had found the missing piece. I decided to dedicate the next few years to learning Sophrology, not just to help myself, but so I could eventually share this wisdom with others.
-
Through my own journey, I realised that the world of wellbeing can be confusing - sometimes even overwhelming - especially when all we want is to better ourselves. I wanted to create a space that simplifies the actions that can truly change our lives.
That’s how Mibo was born: a space to empower people to navigate life’s ups and downs with clarity, confidence, and care. And I built the Mibo brand with the same intention - taking a topic that can often feel heavy, and making it calm, colourful, and even a little fun.
Because self-growth shouldn’t feel overwhelming - it should feel inspiring, approachable, and full of life.
-
The Mibo Way is your new everyday. It’s not heavy, it’s not difficult - it’s simple, practical, and something that can easily become part of your daily life. These are the tools and habits we should have been taught at school, helping you navigate life with clarity, confidence, and care.
It’s about taking Sophrology out of the pages of a book and into your everyday life in a way that feels real and doable. It’s about giving yourself permission to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the strength and calm that’s always within you - even when life feels overwhelming.
The Mibo Way is also a promise: a promise to yourself and to everyone we work with, that you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
-
I’ve brought together a collective of people who share the same intention: to support you on your journey. No matter your location, your circumstances, or where you are in life, we meet you where you are.
Mibo is a kind, supportive community - a network of Sophrologists, practitioners, and therapists - all working together to make a difference. Not only to better ourselves, but to contribute positively to the world around us.
