Each session offers a safe, supportive space where you’ll be gently guided through a sophrology practice. Sessions last around an hour and include time to check in, practice together, and reflect - or simply sit with how you’re feeling afterwards. We’ll also agree on a simple exercise you can continue at home to support your wellbeing.
